NaNoWriMo is this writing challenge thing where you challenge yourself to write a 50,000 word novel manuscript within the span of one entire month. It started at the beginning of November, and ends tomorrow. I had joined, and I had participated. How did I do?
I think the word "Winner" in the purple bar thing is self-explanatory enough.
Yep. 50k words in a month. Granted, Microsoft Word pulled a dick move on me by eating a good chunk of my manuscript away at the halfway mark, leaving me to write 40k of it during the last two weeks of the month. Caffeine, Dave Grohl, and Haruhi Suzumiya have been my best friends. VH1's reality shows, Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog, tvtropes.com, my sister, Alma from F.E.A.R., and the natural need for sleep have not. Regardless, I still managed to pull it off... somehow. I always told myself that if I make it, I was gonna reward myself with a bowl of nachos. Now, I think it would be a lot better for me if I changed my reward to sleep. So, yeah. That's what I've been up to for the entire month. Express your praise, jealousy, indifference as you will. I'll get to it after I take a nice, long nap.
See you all when I wake up.
Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz...

Aw, thank you! People seem to be taking advantage of the new rules I've set up for OCs and I'm psyched. We should have a lot of really interesting teams, hehe.
Now let's make this awesome!
